Beginning the journey
Your first conversation with Rinaldi Homes will be casual and comfortable, usually there is coffee involved. The checklist of needs is for our team to worry about and through conversation and a warm approach to official business every box is checked and we get to know you. Both of these goals are equally important to us.

Keeping you in the loop
The homebuilding process can feel arms length for you at the times that it feels most intense for our team; we don’t like to let things feel quiet. We will ensure you have the confidence of knowing which checkpoints are met throughout and share exciting updates with you as we go.
Step 3
Time to collaborate
One of the most exciting experiences in the homebuilding process is decision time. We will take you to the showrooms of our partners and work alongside you to select the perfect finishes for your home. From beautiful tile to floor coverings our team will be with you to offer guidance and insight empowering you to make the best decisions for your home.
Step 4
Moving day
On your move-in day every detail has been considered, the necessary administrative tasks have been completed with our team and you can be focused on the excitement and joy that is moving into your new home. Each home is meticulously cleaned and prepared to ensure the magic of the move-in exhilarating every time. This never gets old for us!
Moved in but not forgotten
Expect to be checked-in with post-move and know that your Rinaldi support hasn’t ended. If you need our team to review anything your home is under warranty and we remain obsessed with ensuring what we delivered to you was what we promised.
