Rinaldi Homes is taking our commitment to safety to the next level, both for the people we are proud to have on our team, and for the homes we build. In 2023 we engaged a third party consultant to thoroughly review our practices and make recommendations for improvements. With their guidance we have deployed those changes and continue to modify our processes to improve safety across all of our sites.
A company-wide safety commitment
Amongst our measures is creating a culture of safety and prioritizing safe work practices at Rinaldi. Prior to starting work each team member reviews a mandatory Health & Safety practices document and signs off on their understanding and commitment.
